    Detailed Preliminary Questionnaire
    This will enable me as a Sleep Specialist to learn more about your daily routines and sleep habits that will help identify all areas where you are struggling with sleep.
    First meeting
    This will be a time for the two of us to review your completed Preliminary Questionnaire. I will provide you with sleep education and steps to improve your sleep environment while creating positive and simple adjustments to your daily routines. This will enable you to implement a manageable and effective process for resolving sleep challenges, and to achieve your sleep and wellness goals over the first four weeks.
    Customized Sleep Plan
    This will be a step-by-step plan with action items personalized to suit your lifestyle, enabling you to reach your sleep goals!
    4-Follow-up Support Calls
    Each of these calls will be 30 minutes in length and scheduled over the 4-week implementation period.
    Detailed Sleep logs
    Throughout the duration of the plan we will use this critical tool to monitor your sleep progress, communicate, and monitor the the changes in your sleep patterns. Unlimited Email Support

Often, simple strategies can help to correct these issues. This package will enable Teens to create healthy sleep habits so they can feel rested and at their best! Teenagers lead busy lives with their school studies and all the other activities that are a part of their lifestyles. Now is the time for them to create positive changes to their overall health and wellbeing through the gift of healthy and restorative sleep!
