  • First Meeting - Adults/Teens

    $150 + HST
    1. This will be a 1-hour Private Meeting for the two of us to review your sleep problems so we can create solid action steps, allowing you to reach your sleep goals. I will provide you with sleep education and steps to improve your sleep environment, while creating positive and simple adjustments to your daily routines. This will allow you to implement a manageable and effective process for resolving sleep challenges and achieve your sleep and wellness goals. It’s time to stop feeling exhausted and start feeling balanced in your life again!
    2. Detailed Preliminary Questionnaire
    This is the initial step to track your sleep, health, and lifestyle so that I can help you create manageable first steps towards healthy and restful sleep quickly and easily.
    3. Customized Sleep Plan
    A step-by-step plan with action items personalized to suit your lifestyle, allowing you to reach your sleep goals!
    4. Sleep Log Tracking for 1-week
    Use this interactive tool to help track improvements to your sleep and daily routines

    $75 + HST
